I know I'm not well known on here, but I thought people would like to know that I'm making a turn-based RPG near enough in the style of Final Fantasy 1, it'll also have voiced cutscenes and a couple of familiar characters to NG.
I have 8 more cutscenes (out of 9) to do before I will upload to NG. I've done the coding and artwork of the game so the scenes are just left. I'll let you all know when I've completely finished. In the meantime, have some screenshots :)

Cool looking game, no offense, the buttons gradients are to strong. Try adding some shading to the backround, and a little lighter on the gradients, and it will go a long way.
